Module 1.3 Data Quality Assessment introduces us to determining road network quality and the concept of completeness as it relates to road networks.

The goal of the accuracy assessment for the road networks in Jackson County, Oregon was to determine the completeness, or total length of roads, within the county, within each grid, and comparisons of which network was more complete in each grid.
The analysis required selecting each grid as an individual unit, selecting the road networks in each grid and determining the length of each road network for computations.
